Opeyemi Oladunjoye

General Manager

Dr Opeyemi Oladunjoye is the astute General Manager at Zendale Limited. Holding a distinguished medical background, she earned her MBCHB degree from the esteemed Obafemi Awolowo University in 2017. Driven by her dedication to healthcare advancement, she is currently pursuing a Master's in Public Health degree from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom, scheduled for completion in 2023. Drawing upon nearly a decade of combined clinical, managerial and consulting expertise, Dr Oladunjoye has seamlessly navigated both public and private healthcare spheres. These experiences in medical school and during her internship with the Lagos State Health Service Commission culminated in a keen interest in healthcare administration and business operations. In 2019, she joined Flying Doctors Nigeria as a Corporate Services Manager and Flight Doctor. In this role, she managed occupational health clinics, and relationships with healthcare organizations and professionals globally.  She became the General Manager of LifeCentre Medical Services, a fast-growing medical diagnostic company in Nigeria, in 2020. In this role, she managed the establishment, partnerships, and growth of the company, and oversaw the expansion of services from COVID-19 testing to full-scale pathology, radiology and cccupational health. Presently, she also oversees healthcare administration, operations management, clinical management, organizational planning and execution, and business development and strategy functions at Finnih Medical Centre, a multi-specialist secondary-level healthcare services provider and subsidiary of Zendale Limited in Lagos state.

Dr Oladunjoye's aspirations are firmly rooted in equitable healthcare accessibility. Her resolute focus on providing affordable healthcare solutions to the residents of Lagos, and by extension, all of Nigeria, has spurred significant investments in the nation's private healthcare sector. Her unwavering passion for enhancing healthcare delivery in Nigeria and Africa acts as the driving force behind her endeavors at Zendale Limited.  Her memberships with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and the General Medical Council (GMCUK) underscore her commitment to professional excellence. Her credentials are further adorned with certifications from reputable institutions, including Goldman Sachs, the American Heart Association, John Hopkins University, and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), encompassing management and clinical medicine disciplines. She is also an associate of the Women in Business, Management and Public Service (WIMBIZ) association and a fellow of the Women on Boards (WIMBOARD) Mentorship program.

Bukola Oladipupo

Group HR

Bukola Oladipupo is the Human Resources Manager at Zendale Limited, where she manages the execution of the HR duties and strategies, partners with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices to support the strategic growth of the subsidiaries, champions the culture of excellence and coordinates performance-driving and people-centric policies and processes. She has over a decade of experience in multiple industries including healthcare, finance, media and construction. Prior to joining Zendale Limited, she served as a HR executive at ForeMedia Group, HR manager at Adeeva Capital Limited, People and Culture Analyst at Lagos Executive Cardiovascular Centre and Human Resources Officer at Isalu Specialist Hospitals. Over the years, she has helped these and more organizations to drive capability building, learning and development, talent acquisition, performance management, policy Implementation and staff welfare. She holds an Ordinary National Diploma degree in Science Laboratory Technology from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. She is also a certified international Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHRi). She is an award-winning professional with several organizational accolades over the span of her career. Bukola is a professional with diverse interests and skills including project management, information technology, computer programming and operations management. She is adept at onboarding procedures, administration, recruitment strategies and payroll processing. She has a proven history of reliability and an assertive and personable nature.

Olayemi Ogunsanya

Olayemi Ogunsanya is a dedicated and results-driven Manager with a diverse educational background and a proven track record in hospitality management, laboratory operations, and biomedical engineering. She earned her Hospitality Management degree at Lagos State Polytechnic in 2015. A visionary leader known for fostering innovation, optimizing processes, and driving organizational growth. She is currently pursuing a master's in business management to further enhance her strategic leadership and business acumen. Having acquired a strong foundation in operations management and cultivated exceptional interpersonal and communication proficiencies, laying the groundwork for unprecedented client experiences. Olayemi’s continual pursuit of a master’s degree in business management demonstrates her commitment to mastering the art of leadership, ensuring continued organizational growth and success while aspiring to contribute significantly to ethical advancements in medical diagnostics and treatment in the country.

Nana Aisha Onisarotu

Nana Aisha Onisarotu is a medical doctor, passionate about fusing Medicine and Research, providing quality patient care, and enhancing healthcare through science and discovery. Her passion lies in bridging the gap between clinical medicine and cutting-edge research. With a deep-rooted understanding of patient care and a keen interest in scientific discovery, she is dedicated to translating research findings into actionable strategies for better patient outcomes. She is particularly passionate about study design and patient interactions in clinical trials. She has published her findings in BioMed Central and received multiple merit scholarships for her academic excellence and social impact. She is passionate about global health and committed to advancing health equity and justice through her work. She is always excited to explore new avenues where she can contribute her expertise to meaningful clinical trials.

Rita Irurhe

Rita Irurhe is an efficient healthcare administrator and clinician. Presently, she serves as the General Manager of Skyhigh Medical Centre. She has a bachelor's degree in medicine & surgery from University of Debrecen, Hungary. She has 5 years of diverse experience in clinical care, clinical and pharmacology research, operations improvement, business development and administration in the healthcare industry. 

After working with various private and public hospitals in Nigeria, Hungary, Ireland and Austria, she joined Skyhigh Medical Centre (SMC), a fast-growing hospital in Lagos, Nigeria, as a medical officer in 2020. Following the acquisition of the hospital in 2022, she joined the management team due to her commitment to the practice of medicine and human health, and dedication to the company’s continuous improvement and proven expertise. Within 6 months, she has adapted her multi-continental experience and skills to steer SMC to full, sustainable and profitable operations. As SMC continues to expand under her leadership and vision, the company aims to lead hospital care in Lagos in the near future. Dr Rita Irurhe is a member of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and the Ireland Medical Council. She has a diploma in Business Administration and an MBA essential in Healthcare Administration. She also has several certifications in emergency care, telemedicine, microbiology and leadership. She has spoken on various platforms about different topics like Sickle Cell Disease, Mental health Awareness to name a few. She is currently partnering with The Stellar Initiative, a non-profit organization that gives children the opportunity to dream. She is happily married with a wonderful daughter. She loves to spend time with her family, learn new things and hang out with her friends in her spare time. She is passionate about providing efficacious medical care for patient in Nigeria and improving healthcare organizational sustainability.

Gabriel Oludadepo

Head clinician FMC

Dr Gabriel Oludadepo is the Clinical Coordinator at Finnih Medical Centre where he leads and oversees all clinical activities and departments. He has over 13 years of clinical practice and healthcare administration in private and public hospitals in Nigeria. Before joining Finnih Medical Centre, he worked as an Occupational Health physician and Senior Medical Officer, heading the Mountain Top University Medical Centre in Lagos from 2016 to 2022. He also served as a lecturer at the university. Prior to that, he has worked at the University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan and El-Dunamis Hospital among others. 

He graduated with a degree in Medicine and Surgery from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nigeria. He also has a Master's degree in Pharmacology and Therapeutics from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a member of the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) and Nigerian Medical Association (NMA). He is also certified in Basic Life Support and obstetric contraceptive care by the United States Agency for International Development. 

Dr Oludadepo is a highly motivated, diligent and passionate health-care professional whose biggest priority is the patients’ well-being. He regularly emphasises the need to apply utmost compassion to the patient’s care. He is also passionate about seeking new knowledge and professional improvement for himself and his team. 

Mariam Alli

Mariam Alli is a seasoned pharmacist and adept healthcare administrator, that brings a wealth of expertise garnered over a decade of dedicated service spanning both public and private domains. Her extensive experience encompasses a diverse array of healthcare settings, including community pharmacy practice, hospital environments, non-profit organizations, importation, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and strategic marketing.  

Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Managing Director at Mae Pharmaceuticals. She is an alumna of the prestigious University of Ibadan, where her educational journey in healthcare commenced. In addition to her academic achievements, she is a respected member of the Society for Quality in Healthcare in Nigeria (SQHN), reflecting her commitment to upholding and enhancing healthcare standards. Her professional acumen extends to the field of procurement and supply, substantiated by her attainment of a diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Her multifaceted skill set, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable asset in the healthcare industry.

Emmanuel Badejo

Badejo Ifedolapo Emmanuel is a forward-thinking professional with a passion for education and operational excellence. Currently pursuing a master's in educational administration and planning at the University of Lagos, Badejo is poised to leverage his academic prowess and strategic acumen to enhance Organizational frameworks with a B.Ed in Primary Education Studies from the University of Ilorin, he has established a strong foundation in education. Badejo Ifedolapo Emmanuel is a professional with a proven track record in operations management and data analysis. He is currently serving as the Head of Operations at LIFECENTER MEDICAL SERVICES. With a three-year background as a Data Analyst, he is also proficient in data integrity and process enhancement. His expertise extends to implementing innovative technologies, such as automation and data analytics tools, resulting in significant workload reduction and improved accuracy. Beyond his operational ability, he has a diverse skill set that includes research and report writing, project management, communication, and content development. Badejo holds certificates in IoT Fundamentals from CISCO NETWORKING ACADEMY and Graduate Internship in International Development from the INSTITUTE FOR DEVELOPMENT RESEARCH.

Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills with firm understanding of the software development process and ability to adopt various technological methodologies to human problems. Hardworking and analytical with great interpersonal, relatability and communication skills. An enthusiastic, motivated team player who is equally effective working independently.
