Tunde Adeyemi
Chief Executive Officer
Tunde leads Zendale Consulting’s strategy and client relationships, with a background spanning hospital operations and healthcare investment advisory across West Africa. He is responsible for the quality and integrity of every engagement the firm undertakes, and works directly with client boards and executive teams on the institution’s most consequential decisions.

Chiamaka Eze
Director of Clinical and Operational Advisory
Chiamaka leads the firm’s operations and quality practices, working with hospital management teams to strengthen patient flow, revenue integrity and clinical governance. Her engagements typically combine on-the-ground assessment with the internal capability-building that keeps improvement in place after the engagement ends.
Emeka Okonkwo
Director of Facility and Technology Planning
Emeka leads hospital planning, medical equipment and digital health engagements, working with owners and investors from concept through commissioning. He focuses on ensuring that clinical intent, facility design and technology decisions are resolved together rather than in isolation.
Folake Bankole
Director of Client Engagement
Folake manages the firm’s relationships with institutional clients, investors and development partners, translating early conversations into scoped engagements and ensuring each project is resourced and governed properly from the outset.

Bayo leads clinical and facility planning engagements, from feasibility through functional briefs and equipment schedules, working closely with design and construction teams to keep the operating model at the centre of every design decision.
Ngozi Umeh
Biomedical Engineering Lead
Ngozi leads medical technology and biomedical engineering advisory, from equipment specification through lifecycle and maintenance planning, with particular attention to total cost of ownership and local service capability.
Kelechi Nnamdi
Operations and Quality Lead
Kelechi leads operational assessment and quality-system engagements, working directly with clinical and administrative teams to redesign patient journeys and build management routines that hold after the engagement closes.
Amaka Obi
Procurement and Digital Health Lead
Amaka leads procurement advisory and digital health engagements, helping institutions build transparent, auditable procurement systems and select and implement hospital information systems that match how their teams actually work.

Independent advice
Our recommendations are not linked to the sale of equipment, software or construction. Where a client requires execution services available elsewhere within Zendale Limited, the relationship is disclosed in writing before any recommendation is made.
Conflicts of interest
Consultants declare any interest that could affect objectivity on an engagement. Where a conflict cannot be managed, we decline the work.
Confidentiality
Client information, data and documentation are treated as confidential and are not published, reused or referenced in marketing without written approval. Case studies appear on this website only where the client has approved their release.
Quality review
Deliverables are reviewed against the agreed scope and technical standards before issue, and factual findings are confirmed with the client before conclusions are drawn from them.
Data protection
Personal data collected through this website or during an engagement is handled in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act and our privacy policy, and is limited to what the engagement requires.
Group relationship
Zendale Consulting operates as the healthcare consulting and institutional-development arm of Zendale Limited, with its own engagement leadership, professional standards and client agreements.
